Feliz Navidad
Tamales Anyone? How about hundreds of tamales? I think if I don't see corn masa for another year I will be just fine. All the Mendez side that could came and did a gift exchange and Tamale Fest. We had a great time. The kids entertained everyone and the jenga and music was memorable too. Thank you Jami everyone now loves Josh Groban's Noel CD and Josiah played his guitar. Christmas time has a wonderful way of pushing families to get together and slow down. Thanks everybody that came!

I would just like to watch you make these tamales...is it fun or stressful? As wonderful as your tamales are...I do believe there can be too much of a good thing!
